The School of Foreign Languages is responsible for preparing and administering the METU-SFL English Proficiency Exam four times a year. Four exams are prepared by SFL's EPE Unit each year and administered to approximately 8000 test takers, namely, the newly admitted undergraduate students, applicants to graduate and post graduate programs,  those who wish to transfer from other universities to METU and those who wish to take the exam for personal reasons.
